Children / Families Registration 
Please register as early as possible. Many classes and programs have enrollment minimums or limits and your participation is guaranteed only when accompanied by full payment.
To receive member discounts for classes and programs, participants must be active members throughout the duration of the class/program.
Some classes may be open to non-members who pay a specified non-member rate. Registration priority is given to JCC members.
All programs and classes are held at the JCC in West Hartford unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
The JCC reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient registration. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and fees will be refunded.
Should a class be cancelled by the JCC for an unforeseen reason (inclement weather, instructor cannot make class), we will offer a make-up class. There will be no refunds or credits for a participant’s missed classes.
Refund Policy
Refunds for classes will be given if the participant withdraws one week (or more) prior to the beginning of class.

Our class registration is designed to be easy and convenient:
Walk-in: Drop off your registration form and payment at the JCC. Be sure to fill out forms clearly and completely.
Mail-in: Send your completed registration form and payment to 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117. Attn. Registrar. Be sure to fill out forms clearly and completely.
FAX: FAX your registration form to us with payment by credit card. Be sure to fill out forms clearly and completely. The Center FAX number is 860.233.0802.
