Grades 2–5
August 20-24, 2018

Each day of cooking camp will provide opportunities for campers to enjoy culinary experiences from cutting to cleanup! Learn culinary techniques, explore baking and cooking methods, and practice knife skills and kitchen safety while creating recipes from a wide variety of cuisines. Culinary campers will also make lunch, set the table, and enjoy a meal together each day to emphasize table manners and polite discussion as we recap our day of culinary adventures.

Cooking Camp is held in the Mandell JCC's catering kitchen. Campers choosing the full-day option will take a bus to The Swim & Tennis Club for an afternoon of recreational activities.

Lunch is included in price.
