What is Sprint 8?
Sprint 8 is the most effective and time-
efficient workout and it only takes 20
minutes, three days a week, and it is scientifically proven to work.
(And it can be found on our
BRAND NEW treadmills)
The high-intensity portion of this exercise program amounts to just four minutes per workout. That’s only 12 minutes of high intensity workout per week. Sprint 8 naturally releases HGH, so you can feel younger, burn fat, gain lean muscle and thicken skin.
Why should you try Sprint 8?
If you are over 30, you are likely experiencing somatopause. Somatopause is the medical term for the weight gain, loss of muscle, energy decline and wrinkled skin you experience
when you hit middle age.
To combat somatopause, medical researchers say people must incorporate anaerobic exercise into their weekly fitness routine. Anaerobic exercise programs, such as Sprint 8, help you release your natural human growth hormone.

7-time Emmy Award winner Ed Asner, who stars in a concert reading of Jeff Cohen’s acclaimed play “THE SOAP MYTH, will reprise his role at the Mandell JCC
Wednesday, April 24 | 7:00 p.m.
More than a half century after WWII at the desperate urging of a passionate survivor, a young investigative reporter finds herself caught between numerous versions of the same story. Played out against the backdrop of deadline reporting and journalistic integrity, the critically acclaimed The Soap Myth by Jeff Cohen questions who has the right to write history—those people who have lived it and remember, those who study and protect it, or those who would seek to distort its very existence? And finally what is all our responsibility once we know the truth?
