This March we want to motivate you to try something NEW!
We have endless fitness and wellness options at the JCC, and we know that it can be intimidating to try something new.
We will be offering special events, pre-class intro sessions for group fitness classes (come talk to the instructors before the class so you can get comfortable), intro to virtual sessions, adult dance classes and mindfulness programs to all of our members.
We have a month full of activities and classes planned, we hope to see you there!
