Restorative Yoga to Help You Sleep

Friday, March 13, 2020,  5:30-6:30pm

Instructor: Sara Billings 

Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. This practice of restorative yoga is to help with sleep using a few yoga asanas (postures).  You may hardly move at all as you practice through a few asanas in the course of an hour.  It is a different experience then your traditional yoga practice.

$10 per person – open to the community

Chakras are the energy paths of the body. Learn all seven chakras and how to open them by seven yoga postures (asanas).

Mindful Movement

Instructor: Hilary Lake

An intuitive, free form movement class that begins internal with meditation to connect the body & mind and builds into expressive movement to an eclectic mix of music. The class ends with nourishing integration in rest. End your week with a celebration of being in a body!

Street Smart Self Defense

Stop a potential attack before it happens. Learn tips on being more aware of your surroundings and basic self-defense moves to help you size up a situation, determine what you should do, and take action.

Zumba Party

Instructor: Karin Lewis 

Zumba is a Latin-inspired group fitness program that involves cardio dancing.  Class is taught with upbeat Latin music to create a fun and exciting party atmosphere.

Partner Yoga

Friday, July 10, 2020, 5:30-6:30pm

Instructor: Sara Billings 

This yoga class is designed to learn to practice yoga asanas (postures) with two people working together to find muscular strength and inner balance with focus. All are welcome.
