Yoga Studio

Our yoga studio is your place for healing and better health. Replenish your mind and body with our various classes, including Power Yoga,

Gentle Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Tai Chi. We will give you the guidance to help you achieve your goals to a better well-being.

Members can bring their own equipment, or use mats, blankets, straps and blocks provided by the JCC.

Pilates™ Reformer Training


In addition to Mat Pilates, the Mandell JCC also offers Pilates Reformer Training, enabling faster and better results by using specially designed equipment.

In our designated Pilates Reformer Studio, our certified instructors will help you achieve a mind-body workout while developing lean muscles, flexibly and a strong core. Our program focuses on body awareness and good posture, along with building strength without excess bulk.


Ideal for all ages, and offered in both private and group classes.
