Yoga Studio

Our yoga studio is your place for healing and better health. Replenish your mind and body with our various classes, including Power Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Tai Chi. We will give you the guidance to help you achieve your goals to a better well-being.

Members can bring their own equipment, or use mats, blankets, straps and blocks provided by the JCC.
