Jewish Employment Transition Services
JETS Jewish Employment Transition Services is an employment outreach and support program that provides services to those individuals in the Greater Hartford area unemployed as a result of the current economy.
The program offers a series of free workshops. While the JETS program is sponsored by the Jewish community, it is open to anyone, regardless of faith, who has a need and/or skills they wish to volunteer.
With unemployment in Connecticut reaching its highest level years, Jewish Family Services, the Mandell JCC, the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, synagogues and volunteers have joined forces to help members of the community facing job losses and economic uncertainty. JETS is offered by Jewish Family Services and the Mandell JCC.
