Adult Fitness CenterThe Mandell JCC offers an endless variety of fitness and sports options for every age and every fitness level. Your membership provides you with 3 free appointments with our fitness specialists who will be happy to create a tailored personal workout designed specifically to help you meet your goals.

Fitness Options for Adults include:

Seniors
In addition to the wide range of activities for adults, there are additional options for seniors including special classes such as Chair Tai Chi or Yoga and Lite Senior Land or Water Exercises. There is also a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program which is offered in partnership with Saint Francis Hospital.
