Group Fitness

The Mandell JCC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to suit your needs and style. With multiple group exercise studios, we’re able to offer 90+ free weekly classes for all fitness levels. Using the Les Mills Fitness program, we offer Body Pump®, Body Combat® , CX Worx®. We also offer Spinning™, Zumba, Yoga, Mat Pilates and much more. Our aquatics center has a full complement of free exercise classes.

Active Senior Adults

The JCC offers many classes that are geared towards active seniors, including Sweat & Sculpt, Zumba Gold, Chair Yoga, Pilates, and more. These classes are set at a less strenuous pace and offer options to progressively challenge yourself.

Introductory and Refresher Classes

If you’re new to Group Fitness, getting started is easy! Our free introductory one-on-one/small group sessions ensure fun and success for beginners. Learn basic terminology, proper settings and safe equipment usage for Spinning, Yoga, and Bodypump and more.
