Group Exercise

The Mandell JCC offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes to suit your needs and style. With multiple group exercise studios, we’re able to offer 90+ free weekly classes for all fitness levels. Using the Les Mills Fitness program, we offer Body Pump®, Body Combat® , CX Worx®. We also offer Spinning™, Zumba, Yoga, Mat Pilates and much more. Our aquatics center has a full complement of free exercise classes, including Deep H2O Run, Yoqua, Tabata, Cardio Splash, and coming Summer 2015, Aqua Zumba.

Introductory Classes

If you’re new to Group Exercise, getting started is easy! Our free introductory one-on-one/small group sessions ensure fun and success for beginners. Learn basic terminology, proper settings and safe equipment usage for Spinning, Yoga, and Bodypump and more.
