Seniors

At the Mandell JCC, seniors can get involved in many programs that help keep their minds and bodies young.

Seniors can choose from excursions to the theater and museums, stimulating social programs, discussion groups and fitness classes. Ongoing programs include monthly Senior Luncheons, Men's Club Breakfasts, Brunch & Learn speaker series, a book group, a current events discussion group, and the Hartford Stage Series.

Our Computer Learning Center opened its doors in May 2004. It is staffed by experienced and friendly volunteer instructors, and personal coaches. Our Computer Learning Center has served over 200 students who learned to use computers in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The JCC reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient registration.  Participants will be notified as soon as possible and their fees refunded.  A refund will be given if the participant withdraws one week prior to the beginning of the activity.  Refunds will not be given once a class has begun.
