Join us for a special women's Mexican-style event focused on you. A panel of female physicians will discuss OB/GYN issues, podiatry, integrative medicine and more concerns you may have south of your border. Light fare and refreshments served.

Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted? QiGong is designed to make you feel all your tension melt away as you calm your mind and energize your body using the deep breath and slow, flowing movements of ancient Chinese healing exercises called QiGong (See-Gong means "Energy Work").
