The cutting edge technology of our Matrix CXM Training cycles includes a generator-powered LCD console that's as responsive as it is intuitive and easy-to-read. The ANT+ and Bluetooth-compatible design makes it easy to track watts to gauge power output, heart rate, RPMs (cadence) and Distance, as well as, monitors calorie burn. The CXM’s run on a magnetic resistance system which virtually eliminates internal friction, failure points and offers a quiet smooth ride every time.

J Cycle
Take cardio to the next level with a group cycle class at the J. With different rides to choose from, there is something for everybody. This aerobic workout allows you to burn lots of calories as you ascend steep hills and sprint on flat terrain with high-energy music to motivate you along the way. Join us for a ride that will tone your legs, condition your core and test your endurance.

 

J Teen Cycle (No current sessions)
J Teen Cycle is more than just a workout! For teens only, this class combines a foundation of basic cycling movements, motivational coaching techniques and breathing awareness. Get fit, meet friends, have fun!

 

Total Body Cycle (Cardio, Strength)
This class is a mix of intervals on the bike and intervals of core and strength off the bike
