I believe my role as a personal fitness coach is to be fully attentive to both the individual and the process, the training sessions should match the fitness level and goals of each individual and the purpose of each exercised planned should be explained. Each exercise will be clearly demonstrated so as to model each appropriately and feedback will be both objective and subjective immediately provided and I will follow up with you to evaluate training effects. A well-designed exercise program should move you out of your comfort zone...because most growth occurs outside of your comfort zone. If done properly, exercise will improve your physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities, I fully believe this! It’s why I’ve chosen to do this kind of work.
