Serving people of all backgrounds and at every age and stage of life, the Mandell Jewish Community Center is a gathering place and resource for the Hartford region. The JCC provides recreational, cultural, educational, and social programs designed to promote physical, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of its members and others who participate. As a center where all are welcome, our mission is rooted in a fundamental commitment to inclusivity and in universal Jewish values. We work to build community, cultural identity, and bridges of understanding by celebrating diversity and fostering appreciation for Jewish culture and heritage.

There's no better place than the Mandell JCC Summer programs for making memories that will last a lifetime. We have over 50 years of summer programming experience, loads of activities, and counselors who know how to make every day fun. Joining our amazing crew for the summer provides you with fair pay, end of season bonuses, opportunities to learn new skills, build work experience and have fun while working! If this is your first job, or your first job working in an outdoor environment with children and members – no worries, we have you covered.  We will provide all the training and mentoring you need to have an incredible summer while building practical experience in team work, time management, problem solving, customer service, communication and leadership skills.
