Kim Foster
I bring my energy to every training session, to keep you focused, motivated and engaged in your workout. My approach is one of a Coach who will push you to work hard while also having fun.
I am a strong leader with a long history of success as a personal trainer, and our sessions will leave you thinking better of yourself, feeling better about yourself and doing better for yourself.
I am no stranger to overcoming obstacles. After having a stroke and brain surgery in my early 20’s,
I was determined to return to the court as a collegiate volleyball player and fought my way back to play the sport I love. Then after having two children in my late 30’s and gaining over 50lbs with each, I found the inner strength and motivation to lose the weight. As your Coach, I will draw from my own experiences to help you achieve your goals and overcome any obstacles you may face.
