As a trainer, I'm passionate about helping my clients move better, build real strength, and stay active for years to come. I design personalized programs that improve mobility, flexibility, and functional strength for both sports performance and everyday life. Developing youth athletes through basketball-specific training while promoting long-term health, better movement, and independence is one goal I have my clients work towards, so they can continue to do the things they love!

Sports run deep in my life - I'm a big fan of the New York Giants, Knicks, and ueonn Huskies. I'm an avid reader and enjoy coaching youth basketball, which keeps me connected to the game I love. Playing basketball and sticking with basic strength training are my favorite ways to stay strong and have fun.
