Member Services Center

The Mandell JCC's Member Services Center is conveniently located by the main entrance to our building. Members, prospective members and guests alike will find the member services staff eager to help you during all operating hours.

Membership Cards
Membership scan cards are available at the Member Services Center and are required for all members (age 13 and over). Membership cards must be presented when entering the building and when entering the fitness facility. There is a $5 replacement charge for lost cards.

Changes to Membership Accounts
Please stop by the Member Services Center or call 860-236-4571 to change your address, phone number, email address and/or credit card on file.

Membership Upgrades

Members may upgrade their memberships at any time. In the case of partial month upgrades, the dues fee will be prorated. Print our Upgrade Form and bring it with you to the Member Services Center the next time you come in.

Membership Downgrades

Membership downgrades are permitted 3 times in a calendar year and take effect on the 1^stof the following month. Print our Downgrade Form and bring it with you to the Member Services Center the next time you come in.

Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership with 30-days advance written notice. Cancellations can be emailed to cancelmymembership@mandelljcc.org or members can fill out a cancellation form at the Member Services Center.

Membership Freezes

Members unable to use the JCC facilities for an extended period due to illness or injury may provide a physician’s medical note to have their account put on freeze. Memberships will not be frozen or extended for any other reason; travel, lack of facility use or lifestyle change.

Gift cards can be used towards:

• MEMBERSHIP

Gift cards are available for any denomination and can be purchased at the Member Services Center.

Guests

A JCC member must accompany all guests. Local residents may be a guest up to three times in a calendar year. There is no limit of use by guests who reside out-of-state full time. Extended week guest passes are available at the Member Services Center. Guest Policies

Day guest pass fees are as follows:

• 17 years and younger: $10

• 18 years and older: $18

• Family: $36

Want to take a tour of our facility and try us out?
Schedule a tour with Member Services to see all that the Mandell JCC has to offer. After the tour we will set you up with a guest pass so you can experience us firsthand.

Tours are available during the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-7:00pm
- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am-2:30pm

Work Trip or Going On Vacation? Find an Out-of-Town JCC

Your Mandell JCC membership provides eligibility to use facilities at most affiliated American and Canadian JCCs while visiting those cities. Please check with the JCC that you plan to visit for their specific policy. For a detailed directory of all affiliated JCCs and YM-YWHAs in North America, visit the JCCA website (http://www.jcca.org/) or call the JCC Association toll free at 1-877-4-JCC-237. Please note that our membership scan cards do not identify you as a valid member, so be sure to stop by the Member Services Center for a verification letter that will confirm your active membership to our JCC.
