After a functional assessment I will design and tailor an exercise program to help you achieve your specific goals. From general fitness (strength, balance, mobility and flexibility) to focused efforts in any of these areas. Workout sessions will be challenging and fun, but most importantly designed to help you achieve your goals. I was an NCAA DI wrestler in college and spent 30 years in the Army working and training with individuals and groups to accomplish missions. I will bring purpose, direction and motivation to lead you to a healthier lifestyle with your safety in mind.

My Interests

Family is always first- I love being a husband, father of three and a grandfather for two local grandsons.

Hiking the many local state parks in CT.

Researching and practicing new exercise techniques. I started using Kettlebells at the age of 61.

Home renovation projects with my wife.
