Everybody wants to look good, but the foundation for exercising and being fit is to FEEL GOOD!  I develop programs or recipes of training to excel you to maintain “Good Health.”  I believe a good attitude breads accomplishment and success!  I will greet you with positivity, train you to succeed and keep you accountable through it all. I want you to embrace moving because “MOVING YOUR BODY IS LIFE AT IT’S BEST.”

My Interests

Gardening is a hobby and a passion

My weekends are spent exploring the Rails to Trails from the seat of my bicycle with my TRX in tow for the impromptu workout session

Hiking the mountains is one of my favorite things to do to recharge before the week ahead

Concerts - love the sound and sight of live music
