THE INNOVATION CENTER The Innovation Center is the premiere rental option. It’s a stunning showcase for meetings, receptions, showers and more. The room features beautiful flooring, a row of windows, remote adjustable dual screens, and mobile buffets tiled counter tops. It is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art NEC high definition projection system, Wi-Fi, cable television, and conference calling capabilities, with mounted speakers and audio connections, wireless presentation capabilities including podium, microphones, digital media control center and more. Adjacent to the room is a full catering kitchen and freezer storage, as well as a breakout conference room and bathrooms. |

THE BOARD ROOM The Board Room is the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and smaller events. The room offers a drop-down ceiling projector, audio amplifier with central ceiling mounted speakers, internet access and Wi-Fi. |

THE LOUNGE With comfortable couches and armchairs and a wall of windows to allow natural lighting, the Lounge is a private, secluded space that is popular for meetings away from the distractions of the office. The room includes a buffet counter with a sink, making it ideal for a smaller, casual meeting or an additional breakout room. |

BREAKOUT ROOMS The Breakout Rooms provide more intimate spaces for meetings, receptions, showers and more. The rooms can be added on as a package to the larger meeting rooms to accommodate various meeting agendas. All rooms feature beautiful flooring and natural light. |

THE HOFFMAN SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT FIELD HOUSE The gymnasium in The Field House has space for up to 800 people theater-style, or 500 people for a sit-down dinner. The room can be completely transformed to host parties, events, and bar/bat mitzvahs, and has a wide array of layout styles, including carpeting, up lighting, and décor through our preferred vendor options. For larger conferences and meetings, the additional 30,000 square feet of fitness and wellness facilities provide a nice break or staff team-building opportunity. |

THE HERBERT & EVELYN GILMAN THEATER The spotlight is on your event with The Theater, where performances, lectures, films and concerts take center stage. The 37’ x 54’ proscenium stage is suitable for all types of presentations and performances. In conjunction with the theater, we offer a fully equipped Green Room, with lavatories and dressing rooms, as well as a control booth with full lighting, sound, projection and internet capabilities. |

THE CHASE FAMILY GALLERY The beautiful, naturally lit, atrium-accented Gallery is an octagonal-shaped room and hardwood floors. Surrounded by eclectic and ever-changing art exhibits, The Gallery can serve as an elegant space for cocktail receptions, showers, buffets and sit-down dinners, lectures, small performances and more. |

PRESIDENTS' COURTYARD (Seasonal) An outdoor space ideal for an assortment of special events and programs, including Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, anniversary & birthday parties, bridal showers, weddings and more. |
