Sol Berns
Fitness goals are best achieved when you look at it as a lifetime practice. My fitness journey started as a Certified AerobicsInstructor over 30 years ago. I then discovered Pilates on the mat where I practiced as a student before becoming an instructor. As we train together my priority is your success and I am passionate about your well being. I will always check in with you and reassess our workouts because our bodies are in constant change. I teach in both English & Spanish and all body types and ages. Form is key to moving correctly and when you workout I will observe you to make sure you are aligned correctly for maximal results. Our workouts will be effective and fun so it’s easier to be committed. I believe in making you feel strong from the inside out, I will design workouts that are appropriate, effective and progressive to your goals. I look forward to working out with you.
