Tarra Cemborski

I combine my expertise in psychology of sport injury and experience in working with special population of injury/rehabilitation to develop a specialized program for you to excel physically as well as mentally. I often say “there is a method to the madness” meaning that there is always a reason why we are doing a certain exercise or combination of exercises. My Interests

I am an art lover. Enjoy going to art exhibitions and exploring museum’s various art collections. My favorite artists are Degas, Monet, Matisse, and various Italian Renaissance artists.

Over the past several years, I have found a passion for creating art, as well. Found that I get delighted when I create a new piece either with jewelry making or pottery.

Watching old movies from the 1930s and 1940s that I have never seen before.
