The JFit orientation program is a benefit of your membership to help you get started.

Jr. JFit Orientation (Ages 12-16)
Required orientation for using the Fitness Center. A 45-min session demonstrating specific cardio and strength machines, while reviewing their goals and the guidelines of our fitness center.
Fitness 101 - 30-minute Orientation
A 30 minute demonstration of various equipment in our fitness center to help you get started. Your fitness 101 also includes a more detailed walk through of the fitness center and how to utilize to begin to tackle your goals.
Personal Training 101
A 30 minute session where you meet with one of our J Personal Trainers. You will receive and assessment and discuss goals and how to utilize personal training to achieve them.
Group Fitness 101
Meet with one of our Group Fitness Team Members to learn about all of our group fitness opportunities and options. Gain helpful information on how to create a cohesive schedule combining cardio, strength and flexibility training through group fitness
Aquatics 101
Meet with our Aquatics Director to learn all that our Aquatics Center offers. During this session you will learn about our classes, options in our lap pool and how the water can enhance your health and well-being!
Pilates Reformer 101
Meet with one of our Pilates instructors to learn what the Reformer is all about. Your instructor will give you a demo according to your capability. All levels welcome
