Private and Partner Yoga Sessions
Private and partner Yoga sessions are ideal for those who are new to yoga and want to develop a foundation and learn some yoga basics before joining a group class.They are are also ideal if you are an experienced student interested in deepening your practice with the customization and individual hands-on attention that a private or partner Yoga session provides.  Private and partner Yoga sessions are designed around your needs, abilities, conditions/injuries and interests, so that you can develop or deepen a safe and sustainable yoga practice.
