Youth strength and conditioning training programs are for youth who are looking to be ACTIVE, get STRONGER, increase AGILITY and have FUN! Our programs also help athletes stay conditioned for their sport.

CLASSES START THE WEEK OF APRIL 21

(No Classes on 5/25, 5/26 & 5/31)

$150/$120 JCC Members per session.

Each class will be held once a week for 6 weeks. When registering, please select the day and time that best fits your schedule.

 

Monday classes begin April 21 to June 2

Tuesday classes begin April 22 to May 27

Wednesday classes begin April 23 to May 28

Saturday classes begin April 24 to June 7

Sunday classes begin April 27 to June 8

 

Grades 6-12

Mondays | 4:10-5:00pm 

Tuesdays |  4:10-5:00pm

Wednesdays | 4:10-5:00pm

 

Grades 3-5

Mondays | 5:00-5:50pm

Tuesdays | 5:00-5:50pm

Thursdays | 5:00-5:50pm

 

Grades 6-12

Saturdays | 10:10-11:00am
