Youth strength and conditioning training programs are for youth who are looking to be ACTIVE, get STRONGER, increase AGILITY and have FUN! Our programs also help athletes stay conditioned for their sport.

This 6-week program is designed for beginner to novice athletes looking to develop proper strength training technique, coordination, balance, and overall athletic performance in a fun and supportive environment.
Schedule Options (1–2x per week):
Mondays at 5:00-5:45pm or 6:00-6:45pm
Thursdays at 5:00-5:45pm or 6:00-6:45pm
Maximum 12 participants per class
Kids Strong Fitness (Ages 7–10)

This 6-week program focuses on foundational movement skills, agility, balance, and confidence-building through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Saturdays at 11:00-11:45am
$210/$150 JCC Members

NEW! Baseball All-stars Conditioning at The Swim & Tennis Club
Ages 8-12
Instructors: Coach Jaden & Coach Spencer
Get your player ready for the season with our Baseball All-stars Conditioning program! Athletes will build strength, speed, and confidence while developing key baseball skills including fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, and fly ball communication.
Each session combines skill development with fun drills and competitive challenges in a positive, high-energy environment designed to help players improve and perform their best on the field.
1:00-3:00pm | The Swim & Tennis Club | Saturdays: April 25, May 2, 9, 16, & 23 or Sundays: April 26, May 3, 10, 17, & 24
PLEASE NOTE: Children need to bring their own glove, helmet, baseball bat. Catchers need to bring their own gear.
