Youth strength and conditioning training programs are for youth who are looking to be ACTIVE, get STRONGER, increase AGILITY and have FUN! Our programs also help athletes stay conditioned for their sport.

This high-energy program is designed to get youth active and strong — in body and mind. Led by expert coaches, kids and teens will learn proper technique, develop total-body strength, improve agility and coordination, and gain lifelong confidence in a supportive, empowering environment.
Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey or looking to improve athletic performance, this program meets them where they are — and helps them grow.

$180/$145 JCC Member per 8-week session
Minimum of 3 participants required for class to run
Maximum of 12 participants per class
