Cancellation Policy:

As a 501 (c) (3) organization, the following policies help us properly allocate staff resources and funding. Cancellations made by May 31st will receive full refund less $150 per session for Camp Shalom, $150 per session for Summer of Wonder (or $75 for pre camp week), $300 for Theater Camp, $150 for Rising Stars, and $75 per week for Sports Jams and all remaining Indoor Camps (such as, but not limited to, dance, yoga, arts, science, and food explorers). Cancellations made between June 1st and 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp session will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp session will not be eligible for a refund. A physician’s note verifying illness or injury is required to be considered for a refund if a child cancels after June 1st. Changes to program enrollment are dependent on availability and are subject to a $50 transfer fee. Lost time, including illness (COVID related or otherwise) or vacation, cannot be made up in other sessions. Membership requires a written 30 days’ notice to cancel and is not held to the same cancel/refund policy as camp.
